FIRE & FEAST ELORA
On September 13, 2026, The Fieldstone Barn becomes the setting for an extraordinary dining experience. Set among the sunflowers, Fire & Feast is an immersive open-fire dining event inspired by Argentinian-style cooking and Ontario's harvest season.
The evening begins with a Canadian oyster bar before unfolding into a seven-course feast prepared over wood and flame by Chef Dylan James alongside guest chefs Joel and Hannah from Michelin-recognized Down Home Restaurant in Grey County.
Expect exceptional seasonal ingredients throughout the evening, from locally sourced 45-day dry-aged beef to bread from Elora Bread Company served with the farm's own sunflower honey, alongside farm-sourced vegetables and meats — all prepared over open fire and celebrating the harvest season at its peak.
The evening concludes with a signature dessert by chefs Joel and Hannah featuring maple syrup from Elliott Tree Farm, while each of the seven courses is paired with wines from Ontario, Argentina, and beyond, specifically curated to complement the menu and its inspiration.
Bringing together chefs, farmers, producers, partners, and neighbouring agricultural communities, Fire & Feast celebrates the people and places behind the ingredients and the experience itself.
We invite you to join us at The Fieldstone Barn for an evening of food, wine, and conversation shared among the sunflowers.
Because the best meals aren't just prepared — they're shared.
